Best Way to Post my Tool?

I am new here and tried to post my tool and it was basically silently deleted without a reason as to why. It's not a straight forward mod but a mod generator. It is hosted on a website (is that the reason?). Its a super simple site with no trackers, no adds, and even the site is open sourced as it is basically the tool. It is specifically for non modders to generate a modlet resource pack for OCBCustomTextures using just image files.

Can someone help me understand why this doesn't belong here?
