PC Best Server Hosting Platform

I need to know the best site or platforms to use for server hosting. I'm trying to start up a server for my friends and i on the west cost. We have around 10 active players and price isn't a problem. Just need a program or service that will make it easy to change the game settings for initial start up and be easy to set up. Sites like Nitrado for example. Just want anyone's opinions on the best one.

 
I’ve been using Bluefang for several years. Their support is top notch and the hardware they use is great. I don’t have any experience with other companies.
