PC 'Best' handgun plus mods

I have been using a 9mm with hollow point rounds and fully auto mod. I am curious what everyone else finds to be the 'best' handgun. The biggest issue I have with my current setup is that after 3 or 4 shots, it becomes very unreliable, and it also seems to wear out really fast.

 
I usually go extended mag, rad remover, burst fire, and silencer if I found a Q6 and have all of those mods.  I switxh between HP and AP depending on what I have (and save the normal rounds for turrets)

 
9mm Pistol.

>Extended Magazine.

>Stealth = Silencer;  Not Stealth = Barrel Extender

>Rad Remover.

>Reflex Sight.

>If Perked Penetrator 1 = HP Ammo;  If not Perked = AP Ammo.

Handiest sidearm in all the land.

 
Vulture with all books for +pen with standard ammo

* rad remover

* mag extension

R5 silencer / muzzle break

R6 reflex / scope

Lot of double kills if you can line up zombies.

 
9mm, Silencer asap as I play agil, normally I find a extended mag first though, reflex sight as soon as I have a gun that will support those 3 mods then rad remover once I get one.
