PC Been "Feeling something coming on" for more than 1 hr

Got bitten by zombies and got this "illness", but it is just "feeling something coming on", not actually infected.

So I waited, for 30m or so. Thirst and hunger dropped FAST, but no actual illness pop up.

I used honey, antibiotic, herbal antibiotics, nothing changes.

When the "illness" reached 1 hr I killed myself by eating glass, but the "illness" is still here after my respawn.

Is it a new feature? Or just bugged? Please help :miserable:

Update:

I couldn't take it anymore, so I dig up the buff.xml and remove the debuff by command.

Had a similar situation multiple times. That same popup showed up, and then randomly just disappeared without anything happening. Weird.

WebMD says it's definitely cancer.

(Illness has been broken in A17 for a while, not sure what it's supposed to be doing but it ain't doing it...)

I think you're pregnant.
Hahahaha dammit you beat me to it!

One of my daughters just found out she's pregnant and that's the first thing I thought of when I read this thread.

Hehe.

I am having this exact same issue. Been feeling something coming on for an hour, character tab shows illness for 1 hour. It's not infection or dysentery, etc, its just a generic illness. Is there a console command to remove this?

*EDIT*

The command is debuff buffIllnessIndicator

Same thing occurred to me, Illness stuck at 1 hour. Took honey, antibiotic, herbal antibiotic and a vitamin. No change. Killed myself eating glass. Revived with bleeding debuff, grim reaper and Illness still at 1 hour. Very frustrated with the stamina loss.

Thank you for this , I've been doing an insane difficulty run through and that debuff being there for more than an hour has been very bothersome for me.
