You go to the trader, you ask him for jobs and instead of a list he shows you all the available quests' exact locations on the map.

I like this. There is always the one building I try to avoid AT ALL COSTS. The one that half of it is on its side. I hate that building.

This is cool, I also like the POI name, so I can focus on Sewing Kit loot from the Laundry Mat place (for example). Depending on how detailed you want to get with it, maybe show a picture when you hover over it or something.
