What do I do with the special sewing kits and welding torches that say "can be used at the Armory Workbench"?

I have constructed and placed the bench in my base, but there are no recipes at the workbench that use these items.

What am I missing?

I apologize if this has been covered before. I tried searching the forum but nothing popped up that addressed my question.

Hmmm ok will take a look at it when I get a chance to.

The tool slots are there and I put sewing kits and welding torches in the slots, but no new recipes. Do I need the armor form in the middle, too? Sorry to be a pain about this...
