area regen?

i cinda need some help here O_O

So i just logged in to my navesgane game, that i got with my friend and my bare area war regenerated to what it wat before i started building. from the top and all the way down to bedrock. i got one line of my concrete blocks and barbed wires but thats all, i wan wondering if there wuld be a way to bring it back? and if not is thhere a possability that it will happen again? if thats the case then ill build on another spot

its an alpha 17.4 save on pc

can i track back the saves to get back my stuff tho? all my chests and forges and everything is gone?

I was wondering if rolling back the save file would work myself ? However u have to manually do backups yourself I back up the savegame name from the saves folder and am curious if I would be safe

Manual backups are the only way to go back AFAIK.

Overwriting the current save folder with a backup should work just fine.
