PC Are Perks costing even more now?

I just downloaded the last update and started a new game. Are perks really costing more now, or is there something wrong with my download. All of mine are wanting 4 points each for the first two levels of each category.

Seems to me like a bug. You should verify the game files and if you use modlets you should check if they cause this problem.

Yeah I will do the verification and also take out the modlets I use atm. Thanks for the reply
