Being unable to negotiate even the slightest aspects of the agreement is the exact situation these companies put us in. Either agree to their demands or not-no negotiating and sometimes the “agreements” are thrust upon you only AFTER you get what you want. (7 Days to Die is in my opinion the biggest offender of this).
