Anyone know how to fix this?

I just downloaded the game today and the ground looks like this. Anyone know how to fix? My brother has the exact same computer and same display settings in game and his ground looks normal.

Try updateing your graphics driver. Just guessing; a real answer will come once you do what the pros suggest.

That's a curious problem.

Is the ground texture the only texture affected?  

Assuming you already tried re-installing the game...

I'd start with using DDU (in windows safe mode) to completely remove the graphics drivers, and then reinstall them.

If that didn't do the trick, then (since you said you and your brother have the EXACT same computer), I'd probably swap the hard drives between the computers to see if the problem follows his hard drive to rule out some weird hardware issue.  If it does follow his hard drive, then at least you'd know the problem is software.  I'd expect it to be a software problem, but I'd want to make sure since swapping the drives would only take a couple minutes.  Assuming it's software... I'd check the windows update history to see if there's a difference between the two PCs... Assuming there's no difference, hmm... maybe reinstall all the MSVC C++ Redistributables.  I wouldn't reinstall windows if this is the only program that has problems.
