PC Anyone else notice if you swing a tool for a while a final swing will "Sticky"??

After swinging a tool for a while, sometimes its like the tool will swing itself another time after I've unpress my left mouse click.

Anyone else notice or is it my hardware?

Yeah, happened to me a few times, if you're trying to reach hidden stuff do it carefully or you'll destroy the container, learned it the bad way

Known issue which they are trying to fix, not just you .
