A blood draw kit would be interesting. Blood bags are hard to find, although you can also get them from IV drip stands. But if you could craft them, it would change a lot though only in the late game. For example, the Physician perk at level 3 (Surgeon) could be reduced so bandages wouldn’t be too OP. In the late game, you’d probably choose first aid kits to make them useful at all. Requiring honey to craft a first aid kit would make the crafting meaningful, so it’s not too easy, and the crafting process would be fairly challenging.
 
Honey should only reset the infection timer back toward zero, but not cure the infection. You'd need an actual antibiotic to do so.
In addition, it could be completely ineffective above a certain degree (percentage) of infection.

Antibiotic pills currently stack the same as jars of honey I believe. They should stack better...25?
