I tried setting it to low, off, high, setting it on nvidia panel, reinstalled drivers, all ultra setting, and it still doesn't seem to work?

Same. Doesnt matter the level or type you set it to, the jagged edges are still prevalent. They are better than having none on, but might as well be off since performance cost.

Yeah im kinda low iq but was it like this in A19? Because thb it's look unplayable, it's all over the place when you move around or is it a bug? aa not working for some people?

Tbh it's not a AA but something else? Because these building flickering as hell regardless
