Alpha 19’s Hunting rifle doesn’t zoom in automatic like previous alpha

In the alpha 19 official release note I noticed they set hunting rifle to not auto reload, but when I reload while zoom in, it will not go back to the scope after finished reloading, and even I try to right click to zoom in it takes couple second to do so, not sure if this is intended or a bug, but I feel this might be a bug after the auto reload changed.

 
Sylenthunder do you want me to post this at bug pool section? Can you give me a explanation of what you trying to say instead of just share a link? I need to know if I have do something wrong or not, and I did look thru some bug report and didn’t find anything relate to mine

Also my question is if this is a bug or not, by sharing a link is not really helpful without a explanation  

 
That is where you would report bugs for a19. There is even a giant red banner at the top of the page with a link to the same info for reporting a19 bugs. This is not the section for it.
