Sincerely doubt that. never used a single fortbite or other buff pill. Occasionally will drink a coffee, if I'm out looting and need the inventory slot that is.Guarantee you will use candy.

i hunt them 4 sport. 1 bullet 2 the neck and its basically free xp with my hunting rifle whenever im looting pois/towns in snow biomeLumberjacks are literally the minibosses of the game, they aggro from so far away and feel like they have as much health as an irradiated feral wight. Frozen rage and hate, barely even condensed into a big burly man
I've had Arlene's, Marlene's, Darlene's, Yo's, Jo's, Moe's, dog's, wolves, Steve's (walker and crawler), Lumberjack's, Tourists, etc do this. Not Screamers though... How the hell are you getting screamer spawns while you're clearing a POI (doesn't happen to me even when running "loud")?Is it just me, or is it ONLY Lumberjacks and screamers that do this?
Exactly this. Dig a block down and place a spike. They most certainly damage when walked on and most zombies get stuck on them and so continue to take damage until they die or the spike is destroyed. Also, when a spike is destroyed other zombies will choose to walk across existing spikes rather than go down a block and then to hit the next spike. So a ring of spike placed one block down in the ground will actually get much more fully utilized. They won't tend to make a path through and then all the rest follow that bath. They will keep moving around stepping on the next spike so they can maintain their cheapest pathway. What do you mean by flush with the ground? With the old spikes you could dig a block down and place them in the ground quite well, do you still do that with the current ones? Like make the floor itself made out of spikes? ? I didn't think the current ones even damaged on the top part tbh
No they all do it but I agree that lumberjacks and screamers have unlife-long memories. If you have adjusted things to have more zombies in the world you notice the breadcrumbing of surrounding zombies a lot more. They will all come in from the surrounding area once they hear you in the house. Burnt Zombies seem to also be in the same league with Lumberjacks and screamers. They are pretty relentless for crispy lava monsters. Is it just me, or is it ONLY Lumberjacks and screamers that do this? Freaking Lumberjacks will aggro from 98.9 miles away and then dig through a solid steel bunker to find you because they heard you were talking smack 9,000 levels deep in a PoI you are raiding. I rarely ever get any other zombie that decides it wants in on the fun and comes into a PoI after you
you forgot your GIF.Bring back a16 pathing (but fix the circles!) and use it in conjunction with faatal pathing.
You're welcome.
Careful...Guppy might challenge your use of the word "never" lol...I second this. Let me go over the buffs and my personal experiences with them.
Steroids: I rarely take steroids very early game to assist in travel when I'm completely full on inventory
Mega Crush: I rarely take Mega Crush very early game to assist in travel when I have yet to buy or a craft a bicycle
Beer: I occasionally chug a beer or two if I'm doing a Fortitude build
Grandpa's Moonshine: Never used
Blackstrap Coffee: Never used
Fortbites: Never used
Coffee: I only use it to get out of my inventory while looting
Yucca Juice Smoothie: Only used early and mid game when I travel to the Canadian biome, and only if I can justify the money to buy one from a vending machine
Recog: Very rarely use during late-game horde nights
Grandpa's Learn'n Elixir: Rarely use during late-game horde nights when demolishers are already showing up
Grandpa's Awesome Sauce: Occasionally use with the intention of getting bartering bonuses, when I have saved up chests upon chests of sellables
In summary, I forget that most of these buffs exist most of the time, and when I do remember, I can't be bothered/I don't need to use them. Grandpa's Awesome Sauce is an exception here, since I am always looking for a way to get lower prices. I think I read that one of the candys will give a bartering bonus, and if so, I'll be using that one as well. Otherwise, the other candy/drugs are very situational and, like I said, I can't be bothered/I forget to take them and/or I don't need them. I think they're fine additions, but like I said, I'll probably never legitimately use them.
Your not kidding, the Mega Crush is really helpful especially when your super encumbered and trying to run back to your base. I'll be honest, never used a steroid before and will take another look at it...YOu are missing out with Mega Crush and Steroids. These bad boys are the best!
Lots of things are made easier once vehicles are obtained so that's a given. It will be interesting to see how fast a vehicle can be obtained in A19 (minus the bicycle of course).Well, like I said, I've never used these post day 4 when I have a vehicle. To each their own though.

It will also depend on what the RWG gods give you. Lets say loot or the trader are not kind and there are is no bicycles in sight...but you found some mega crush in the fountain machine in a POI and some steroids from a medical pile. Do I sell those items now or use them in hopes to get a bigger payoff looting more POIs faster? Good tough decisions for the player to make.Hmm, fair point.
Like I said, that's my playstyle, even if I want to turn things down a notch a little, everything has to be efficient. Time management is one of those categories that I like to hit as close to the middle of the nail of the head as possible. I think to myself, "How can I progress?" or "How can I get around faster?" The first thing that comes to mind, of course, is the bicycle.
