Mr. Mole, i wondered if you could enable Players to turn Ammo into Bundles.
We can allready craft them into those neat packs, but we cannot pack existing Ammo into Bundles.

This would be awesome to store as i got now several Boxes of found ammo cluttering around.
No we don't want to look at two different bundle recipes cluttering up the crafting menu. The bundle is a discounted so crafting it from actual ammo would be a cheat for free ammo if we didn't add two recipes, which we don't want. You can mod this in yourself in 2 seconds.

 
you can try to be as clear as you want lol. I was clear it takes them from zombies to a totally different genre all together like doom or wolfenstein.

Lol i know what they said lol been here a long long time.. but water creatures like sharks and pirahnas and crocs would be a better fit to make the water scarier. But easily modded out either way.
I don't know what zombie lore you are watching but its stupid if zombies can't swim. Dead bodies often float anyway. I look at them like rabid animals and all animals can swim. Game play always beats "your favorite zombie lore". We could be heavy handed and make it so treading water eats stamina and you die if you can't reach the shore in time, which we might yet.

There simply cannot be a situation where there is a short action that leads to being fully safe in any situation, such as digging a 2 meter hole and jumping in it in the past.

Well, you could also add zombie piranhas. Solves gameplay, solves the lore. Win win if you ask me. :wink-new:

 
I don't know what zombie lore you are watching but its stupid if zombies can't swim. Dead bodies often float anyway. I look at them like rabid animals and all animals can swim. Game play always beats "your favorite zombie lore". We could be heavy handed and make it so treading water eats stamina and you die if you can't reach the shore in time, which we might yet.

MM. Will the blood splats and newspaper eyecandy on the roads be upgraded for A19 or will it be upgraded in the future? You said something about that a long time ago and I don't know if It's still on the roadmap with all the hands busy on deck. Will they be destroyable like regular paper clutter?

i would cry if i just see a zombie Floating at me like someone with A life jacket. i would put So much oil in the water and light that up!

No that is a decal tech that parents those decals to the voxel. It needs upgraded but its not on the roadmap, and won't be on 19, nor grass sadly.

Thanks for the info. Also, looking forward to today's screenshots. In a weird and drug addict sort of way. Quarantine is awesome when you get to expend more time playing 7days and cooking unhealthy hobo stews.

 
I've noticed a pattern in TFP, when they post a lot in the forums usually what comes next that day are some screenies or a video. Hopefully the latter!

Thats allright. I noticed too that they nowadays seem off the line in terms of quality but as long as its on a general To-Do List before Gold im fine with that

 
When will we get new zombies? We want scary zombies and more special ones
I think they are allready way to scary and my 5 year old gets nightmares whenever i force him to the bloodmoons for me.

Maybe make the Game more Kid-friendly.

Replace the Zombies with Clowns, the Blood with Confetti.

Or replace them with Hipsters and their Blood will be Emojis.

Hey madmole do you guys still have plans for large 3x3 or 5x5 steel bank vault or nuclear bunker doors? Same thing with cash and gold pallet decorations, I still think you guys can't have a proper casino poi without any of these!

i think they are done adding zombies but Idk

put personally i think the old ones could use some Good old fashion TLC

ideas here

  • Screamer: new model (like a Small child zombie that you can't tell who they where or just a new model of what we have now, a animation to tell if she is about to scream, A AOE Scream attack that can kinda stun you, able to Spit tons of blood at you to blind you, but is weaker almost 80Hp but is faster then normal, and in later nights she can spawn on bloodmoon hordes
  • Spider: new Look, maybe a super mutated zombie, Able to jump about 20 blocks height and long, takes no fall damage, Able to leap at you to attack, does more damage to Cars and can stay lacked on, Able to do a jump back from some melee attacks only a Few itmes
  • Cop: A new model (like a mutated fat person) 2 kinds of spit. Normal acid that he can walk and fire at you, A Gas Bile that he will stop and will Snort up some Bile that will posion you and will "mark you" so zombies can see you. Able to blast his gut open so he can't spit or blowup, and when he does blow up he will explode alot of things around him and emit a Large could of gas
  • Dog: new model, able to jump 2 blocks high, a howl that can lure zombies
  • Vultures: the Anti Transport zed, does alot of damage to cars, bikes and gyros (mostly on Bloodmoon) and can even break down your car.
  • Bear: the Super tank! wrecks buildings, cars , your life, and he is a TANK! so he is much stronger then what he is now
  • Feral wight: new model: (a super mutated zombie) Able to lung at you, A fast Slashing melee attack, able to jump 10 blocks high and long, only can die with a headshot or else he will keep on coming, stronger at night, and a Mean bite that has a high chance of infection.

IIRC Madmole said he would like to get rid of the Radiated ones and replace them with new ones or variants of existing ones.

 
I am curious about what some of the improved perks look like.

I am guessing the attribute increases are removed from charismatic nature, so I wonder that the 3 ranks look like now.

QoL perks should be much more tempting now.

i would not really count them as zombies i kinda could them as "Mutants" unless they can survive with out a arm, but who knows

Easy fix, just change the color of blood to grey and call it sweat instead of blood....?

I never said we should be safe in the water tho. The sea life i mentioned would make it way worse to want to risk swimming.

 
Sharks wouldn't fit in as these are lakes not oceans so I would vote no to those. Piranhas would be nice and always wanted them but last that was said on that was they don't belong either because of the location the game is based on. I would love some kind of water threat as well. But with said nothing says zombies are this vs that. Everyone has an idea of what a zombie should and shouldn't be. It comes down to whatever lore you are going for and as long as you stick to that lore then nothing wrong with it. But I do agree that some other kind of water threat would be nice. So hope this is just another way to get bandits ready and then gets cut out and something else gets put in. One can only hope anyway. But maybe it be something that can be turned of in xml or something and then a mod can take the swimming code and be able to make something with it besides zombies. If not it really isn't a deal breaker for me at least.
Quite possible... there use to be a river that ran thru but over time the water path got cut off trapping sharks in those lakes. But thereare massive lakes around the map as well.
