Unlikely, they're all very similar weapons, a bullet-hose is a bullet-hose.
true but the SMG could be classed as a AR (due to size)

If the Smg was a mac 10 or UZI then i would understand it being a Pistol class buy by the look its a MP5.

but thats just a small nitpic

 
Behemoth is cut forever. Bandit concepts are getting some minor revisions but modeling has begun on nude bases.
Can you explain why the team made the decision to cut the Behemoth? Good to hear the bandits are being worked on, I hope they are in A19.

I think Demolishers took their place as a horde night challenge but I could be misspeaking. Th sheer size of them were causing pathing issues etc.

i think he's talking about the Junk Turret/Junker so i don't think that we will have a junker on wheels.

but the Desert eagle sounds cool!

also will Navezgane get a size upgrade?
Keep in mind that Int guys only have 1 ranged weapon right now (junk turret) and only 1 melee weapon (stun baton).

They need 2 more tiers for each type to balance them out among the other trees.

Well maybe they dont have to scrap him fully!

they can uses its model for something else.

and i don't think the behemoth (if it was in the game) should be the size of 2 story house.

if i was going to make him. i would make him around 9 or 10 feet fall. has natural armor. Punches through buildings like a wet paper towstel. a roar to summon Zeds , a leg stomp and a arm swipe.

and for early game maybe a zombie that looks like a demolisher but in normal clothes as "infected bodybuilder" that could act like a mini boss for early game and even late game. (he can be only "behemoth class" zombie that can have subtypes.

and 1 would update to a feral zombie to make him into a smart zed, able to jump really tall and far, dough and roll away from attacks. and make him super scary.

With "Yeah Science" now gone the Intellect tree will be even more bare that it already is. One of the perks only works for multiplayer also. Are there plans to add more to it or leave as is?
With the now standard "no set number of perk ranks" I'm sure I can whip up some more new short 2-3 rank perks to fill things out. A lot of good ideas didn't make it because I couldn't think of 5 ranks.

 
Madmole. Also I tried looking for the vid with it in but couldnt find it. What ever happened to the blue prints you were talking about implementing. back a14/a15ish mentioned on a16 thread as delayed.
where say I make a prefab and turn it into a blueprint and another wants to use it so they need the blue print and they have to bluild block by block using the exact same block etc. Is that still happening
Not sure. I have 1000's of cool ideas and 20 devs and 10 testers and only so many years to get this done. While blocks are still changing stuff like that would just get broken, so it might never happen.

Robots are already a reality IRL and 7 days is in 2034+ so I don't see a problem. There might be jet packs and power armor super rare late game. All this stuff is real life if you do some googling.

Chemical weapons: Able to craft special weapons that uses a "chemical" tier 1: thermite and willy pete.

Tier 2 Flamethrower.

Tier 3, Acidolator. (a makeshift gun that uses a special blend of chemicals( Rotten flesh , acid , Gas , Paint and oil) to make a Sticky and Acidic substance (like snowdog ;) ) and it melts zombies by removing their limbs and acts like a gas that's in the air) (note, ammo is Hard to make) (also only can be made our bought not findable)

wasteland weapon's: Tier 1: Junk turret: a weapon good for defence and offence and with some mods able to shoot items like darts , arrow heads , Rocks , glass and more.

Tier 2, Blunderbuster or Dart-gun: Dart-gun shoots Darts and can go through a TON of zombies Max ammo 10, Blunderbuster can fire 2 shots at a time. (max 4 shots) and it can use Blunderbuss ammo or shotgun shells and can turn zeds to red mist.

Tier 3: Railgun: this Makeshift gun uses Air Pressure and electricity to Propel a pellet at a super speed, (has small chance for shock damage) and can hit like a truck when fully charged (like a bow but slower) and can Go through zeds like nothing! (note: Hard to make. cant find! only buy or make!

And Melee science!

Tier 1: shock baton

tier 2: Piston Gauntlet: Basically this uses Pistons , Compressed air , springs and more to make a gauntlet that can Make the best brawers jealous, able to Punch a zombie and they get Knocked back due to the force of the Hit. (note: need a lot of parts)

tier 3: Chain-axe: basicly the Auto axe from fallout 3. while not good for chopping wood, its great for armor and Flesh able to tear threw them dead bois "like a beaver threw a rotten tree"

and the Junkturret Parts and stun baton parts can me "makeshift Weapon parts"

So what is the official background story of 7d2d now? Is it still the same as the kickstarter described?

Idk about that. but the gyro seams ok for late game transport.

also i thought the game was set in like 2015 or so not 2034!

and power armor maybe can be super heavy armor that has coils around it to shock Zeds that attack you!

just make the blunderbuss or junk gun T1 and move the other two up....you dont need more rifles in game..you need more zombies and useful content. Like an Airport POI, Bigger maps, Caves and traps.
LOL, just no. We need late game firepower, you have no idea what is coming. Airport, not fun just a big terminal, luggage and a few shirt shacks and vendors. Takes up a mile of real estate for the runway. It has zero dungeon ability. Caves, we have caves. Bigger maps? 8k is massive, but we might get 16k someday. Traps? We have lots of traps already. spikes, blades, turrets, what else is there? We have a flamethrower trap we can finish.

A junk bot would not be a vehicle, it would be an advanced tier 3 auto turret that can follow you around and be modded to suit your needs. There would be healing and lockcutting subroutines you could install, cargo expansion, etc. We'll see what the programmers say when I get done with the designs.

The original 7 days trailer the year was 2034. That might have been when the bombs dropped, which looks like like 10+ years ago to me.

i was talking about the jet pack lol. and maybe the "junker bot" could be a high tier mod for it.

ill have to draw some ideas about it

unless its like one of those wired hover ones that we have now.

Idk how to describe it. a leaf blower on each limb and back. then i would be kinda ok on that. if its like a Halo jetpack. then that will just be silly lol

also the reason i say its like 2015 or so is the buildings and cars.

some of the buildings look old fashioned which i like. but mostly the cars.

100% agreed and looking forward to this! The people that don't like it don't have to spec into or use it. ;)
