That was my initial analysis when I was making my videos covering it, that while many perks were great and widely allowed for interesting character creation, in practice some should be 1 or 2 or 3 perk levels instead of 5, simply to make them comparatively useful for the skill point expenditureWe are cutting many 5 rank perks down to three ranks so they are more appealing. Some of them were so granular they were not worth 5 perk points.
there are some basic skills that every character needs that are locked behind different perk trees meaning that makes it harder to build a pure int character or pure agility character etc, you need to spread points around strength,int and agility at least. then there are some skills that now seem totally useless. with all the food tins around and the vending machines i have yet to bother putting any points into farming or cooking skills.Perfect. Rebalancing that I think will really help players see the use of so much more of them.
Possibly in the effort to bring gold.Has there been any thought about the shotty and auto turrets having mod slots?
