Even PVE. Hey you can stay here for the night, but you can't open my chests and gain access to my turrets or anything else.+1 vote to that idea. This would be a very welcome addition in the pvp community.

It would be unbreakable/pickable so you had to complete half the dungeon and jump through some hoop to get the code/key at a minimum. This ONLY works if you make their respective containers unbreakable (or near unbreakable) at the very least.
This is also where the lockpick skill (and the 'quality of lockpick' system I mentioned in an earlier post) could really come into it's own.
edit: Or make it so that smashing your way into a chest could potentially land you with a random bunch of broken items
Pumkins aren't ready yet. Some performance gains for some users. Is this gonna be the performance and pumpkin update?
Its easy to make it random.I like the suspense of not knowing if they really are going to attack you or not. Just making them attack if you are injured or during horde night, kind of takes that away imo. So, since it's a bug and not a feature.. How about leaving that one in? pls.
Oh well its still inspiring he was involved at least.FYI, Cameron came up with the story and is producing, but didn't direct it.
well, I have leather/military armor, but with advanced muffled connectors on all peices and perked into "from shadows" if that helps. Still get nabbed using silenced pistol in alot, not all, situationsHave to tried it with no armor or just padded armor? I hear armor effects stealth greatly. I ask cause I was planning on using a silenced pistol myself.
Probably all of it.Will legendary apply to things like: tools, clothing, armor, mods, seeds, etc. or is it only for weapons?
That would be a lot to gamble on something possibly useless to you. What if the trader sold legendary hidden stash maps? Cost 20k-30k. And had a % chance of getting a legendary with other goodies inside.
Probably all of it.
Gambling, The Duke, Casino, Alpha 20/Beta 1......That would be a lot to gamble on something possibly useless to you.
Yet, folks still go to casinos. lol :strawberry:That would be a lot to gamble on something possibly useless to you.
They are both hard to make because they require parts. WE're not removing light armor, I'm talking about changing the recipe to not have "military fiber" which is hard to get. Aside from the parts the ingredients shouldn't be impossible to acquire. Maybe the fiber isn't that bad to craft but you need that schematic or a lot of perks. I guess steel needs a crucible, but I think steel is easier to get than fiber. If military armor disappeared, what would take its place in the Light Armor tree? I think it's important to keep it and having it be fairly rare and hard to work with compared to steel armor, as Light Armor is sort of inherently better than Heavy Armor for its natural lack of encumbrance.
Having it be difficult/rare makes sense; Light Armor is harder to make but easier to wear, and Heavy Armor is easy to make but harder to wear, due to its reliance on mods to be effective. At least, that's my feelings on it.
Also: what color would legendary items be? Orange is the standard color for legendary loot these days, but that's already used by Poor items. I think they should be tier 7 with a cyan bar, like it's made of diamond or something :greedy_dollars:
Yeah same book set I meant. A book on fighting would teach you how to avoid/reduce damage without any armor.the -1 radius on digging for buried treasure and such
- - - Updated - - -
not unarmed, unarmored. for those who don't wear armor
that sounds good.Yeah same book set I meant. A book on fighting would teach you how to avoid/reduce damage without any armor.
Yeah that might be ok, we'd have to brand it a bit and make it feel cool. I mean I already gave the perks flavor so it wouldn't be hard to change the attribute to a flavor name, but people are used to attributes from rpgs I think. Have to think on it.You might want to consider going with describing each tree as classes or builds or something. So many people are getting hung up on the literal terms and nit picking the choice of each perk in each tree. To me I see them as classes in the sense you are playing "The Strong Guy" or the "Smart dude" or something and like where you are going with them. Just a thought man.
reduce the cost to 1-2kish?That would be a lot to gamble on something possibly useless to you.
Well sending two sensors to one relay is a no, as is connecting two inputs to a door. So scratch that idea. This seriously restricts/omits the possibility of a powered garage door for both leaving and entering. The only way is with one cam that can see both sides, which is seriously restrictive on what's possible, like having a solid garage for one. Will keep playing with it.uh oh... so you can only hook one switch/sensor up to a garage door...
I had a great set up that won't work due to this. I have to either make it trigger when I leave or when I return, but can't do both. I had one motion inside and one outside for each door: nope. It woulda worked great, tested each. Just thought of one thing that might work... going to test now...
It should I've seen youtube videos of it working.uh oh... so you can only hook one switch/sensor up to a garage door...

I don't know what POI your in specifically but several of them have more than 1 landmine laid out in a path in some places. I just visited the 2nd floor of one POI in particular with a sunken driveway had a bunch of mines that took out the zeds for me. I think I was meant to walk into the mined room and blow up with the zombies but I'm a strange cat and I chopped through the wall instead of the doors that time.Is there a bug right now with landmines that I dont know about? I died twice today because a zombie walked on a land mine and it set off a weird chain reaction that sounded like a 12 landmines. I was inside a large dungeon poe and a zombie walked on a landmine outside and it destroyed a whole side of the building with me inside. It was insane.
