Don't forget your OS settings too. I know Windows 10 the xbox / game recording / all etc. settings tax your system, and you can disable desktop to get extra memory (after launching the game, ctrl + shift + esc for task manager, find explorer, end that task. When ready, hit the same hotkey combo to bring it back up, click run, type explorer in there and itll bring your desktop back up) Also, disable Cortana. Do a google search for that one, but I know that adds a lot of memory usage. But tbh, I think disabling desktop/explorer may get rid of that, not sure.
