I have tried increasing the "Amount of land claim blocks allowed per each player" in my serverconfig file, but I can still place only 1 active Land Claim Block. Does anyone have a solution for this?

That only works for a dedicated server. Red Eagle has a mod for single player. I just have to find it again. One second.
