Are you using any mods? CPM (this mod is for commands, it does not affect anything else)

Bug description:

Our horde base on the server AllNightGamers - zTopia was found to be halved with half of the horde tower having disappeared.

Reproduce steps:

1) Only thing I can think of to possibly reproduce this is to play on a multiplayer server

2) Have two or more land claim blocks within the area, practically next to each other lapping over each of the claim "dead zones"

3) Possibly not activate a quest, upon reaching quest area and returning to base.

Actual result: Base parts sometimes disappearing.

Expected result: Portions of the base not to disappear.

Bug Description:

Went to a mission, accepted the mission it was like 2.6km from base... during mission got the belt bug, cant move and lost everything... disconnected with the mission activated... connected again... mission was not cancel but also not actived... canceled the mision at menu, deleting it. went back home and half of the base dissapeared... like a map block was reset.

Had this happen on my friends server yesterday during the blood moon. Group left the base, so it doesn't get trashed, and headed to our horde night fighting location and in the middle of the fight BAM! suddenly I cant move or select any items on my toolbelt. So I log out and on logging back in i can move but all items on toolbelt are gone. After the horde is killed off and blood moon over we head back to the base and the entire northeast corner is gone and back to what it looked like before we built the base. Thankfully it didn't cause the base to collapse and we had enough supplies to repair the missing section.

The movement lockup, disappearing toolbelt, and block resets are serious issues needing looked at. if they haven't been already for 17.2 exp.
