[Alpha 16.4] Assistance needed Compost box idea

I am trying to create a new 'forge' like workstation but it would use water as fuel and hold dirt, bones, rotting flesh, nitrate powder, turds etc and craft fertilizer and advanced fertilizer. I am stuck on making water the fuel exclusively. Has anyone managed to do something like this?

If I do that, then anything can use water to 'burn'. I want to isolate it to the compost pile only.

"Fuel" is stuff that burns...

You should probably use the water as an ingredient.

Yes, but all workstations use only this (and still fuel, if generator)

The main thing that you now know that there is no way to do it as you originally wanted.
