Aim blurry

I searched around a bit fora solution, but couldn't find an answer. I put up several bars so that I could fight off the hordes and random zombies. However, when I am aiming with my bow, the game seems to focus on the bars and not the zombies. So everything is blurry. I tried to turn up the tree quality (something I read somewhere else) and adjust motion blur, etc. I just can't seem to find the right setting to prevent this from happening (if there is one).

Is there a way to prevent this from happening (PC Specs below):

AMD Ryzen 7 2600

16GB RAM

AMD Radeon 590
