Agility Perk From The Shows - Sneak Speed Not Increasing

The perk is supposed to increase the speed at which you can move while being crouched (sneaking). It apparently has no effect in the current version (2.6 stable).

Let me expand on my statement for clarity. The perk does seem to make a difference with walking but not with running.

Day or night does not impact it.

My understanding is FTS (From The Shadows) should impact both walking and running while crouched due to the localization saying, "sneak movement is X% faster". If this is instead a design choice where it only impacts walking I suggest updating the Localization and modifying the item Assassin Boots (perk is -100% Stealth Sprint Noise). If FTS is only going to impact walking then a user will not prefer these boots because they would be slower.

How interesting.

Current Character: FTS 5.
Assassin Boots 6: Stealth Boots Mod, Impact Bracing Mod, Adv Armor Plating Mod, Advanced Armor Fittings, Padded Insulation Mod

In my base right now (indoors) at 17:28 (daytime).

Standing Stealth: 10
Walking Stealth: 12-18
Sprinting Stealth: 6-9

Normally I'd step once or twice and then stop to keep the stealth meter low when in close proximity. I guess I hadn't really thought about the perk applying to sprinting stealth because I wasn't thinking there was a reason to sprint while stealthing when being quiet mattered, so was surprised to see my stealth values be lower while sprinting.
