Advanced Engineering - Battery Bank

Hello

I found a bug where i was trying to build Battery Bank. I've reached lvl 10 in Intellect and 5 in Advanced Engineering, but still i cant craft Battery Bank. Anyone got this problem?

Ok i've found the problem, the game needs to be updated with talent descriptions. In Yeah, Science! - 4/5 - It's written that i can craft Battery Bank, after reaching that lvl i could craft it.
