PC Adjusting character height

Is it possible to adjust character height after alpha 13? No such option in the character creator and altering xml files didn't do anything in that regard either. Any tips (right now I'm downloading alpha 13 and changing height there, hope it works with alpha 16 and 18). Maybe it will be a feature again in the game...

*Follow up* It did not work, but the options in a13 were amazing to play with nonetheless. Being able to control individual body parts instead of just weight&muscle dials lead to much better looking characters. If someone from the fun pimps dev team sees this post, please consider this idea. It would add much more freedom and creativity for what I guess is not very complicated to implement since the game already had these features in the past.
