Acid Rain

Hi, I want made a acid rain, in all biomes

something like

"<CloudThickness min="95" max="100" prob=".5"/>"

But instead of CloudThickness it will be radiation or acid rain I don't know.

I already made a fullhazmat clothes so that's protect myself from radiation, but how i can add some acid rain in all world please ?

I succes to made something, all work but I used the setting "wet" but mean work too in river... how can I only select rainy ?

Anyone know how rain can made some dammage in block, i mean if rain in woodblock, the hp woodblock will be lower and lower until stop rain .
