PC Achievements not unlocking

I play on xbox one and my stats no longer log on my profile. In game it still shows my zombie and player kills but on my profile the numbers never change. I've contacted Microsoft only to be told to contact TellTale which does no good as I never get a response. This is my last hope that maybe someone else is having this issue and can help me fix mine.

Did you activate creativemode? You get no achievements any more in your savegame if you once activated creativemode.

No I do not use creative mode. It is straight multiplayer gameplay.
