Here's a weird one.
I was having my son help me get some Xbox Achievements. There's four for killing players - 1 kill, 5 kills, 10 kills, and 25 kills. We were going to run through all four consecutively. Normally my settings have it so we can't hurt each other but we temporarily switched it for the Achievements.
After the tenth kill he respawned but was invisible. He could see me and could attack me but I couldn't see him and couldn't attack him. I thought maybe something went wrong when he respawned, or maybe it's something the game does if a player keeps killing you, so we went to have him kill himself so he can respawn again.
He went for a walk in a lake to drown. However, once his oxygen got to like 29 it stopped going down, and suddenly the bottom of the lake stopped looking like he was underwater, though his oxygen didn't go back up, either.
He walked ashore but didn't climb up the bank. Instead he walked under the ground, in a void below the map. He then tried jumping up, which made him fly like Minecraft creative mode. He flew up to the maximum height.
He saved and exited out while flying and reloaded in. We thought he'd spawn in the sky and fall but he spawned on the ground. Everything was back to normal.
He recorded a clip. I'll see if he can upload it somewhere.
