Are there accessibility settings to allow you to play one handed ie just keyboard no mouse? I am unable to use my right arm at this time and cannot find an answer so hoping someone may have a helpful work a round for me, thanks!

I’m bumping this thread (super moderator privileges yay!) because the user asked this at the help desk and I unfortunately have nothing for them. I’m hoping someone in the community has some good ideas.

I searched and didn't find anything that would work. There are one handed keyboards, but that still requires a mouse hand.

There are some of the one handed game pads (tiny keyboards) that have a joystick on them, may want to check those out.

I have seen foot pedals that work like right and left mouse buttons.  I have thought about getting those since there is no auto run and I have a disability that affects my hands

There are utilities that allow you to map mouse controls to keyboard.  You won't get the same control over aiming as with a mouse, though.
