A20 hosted server Buildings deloading

Hello! Using host havoc for a dedicated 7 days server like I do every new major update, but this time, every single time I start the server and load in, the buildings disappear when i or my buddy get near them, like they unload from their tile. I have traveled all around the map using the debug menu and every building just disappears when I get near it. Any suggestions? Have already validated server files and made sure it was updated. Had this issue on Naavezgane and the pregen maps. Help!

 
I know be experience a building tile appear fully intact when far. When you near the building tile is now loading from the server and you see the real situation of this building.
did you try to start a new fresh save or reinstalling the server , I know hosting allow you normally to reinstall your server

 
Same  issue here. Sending this thread for our Admin. Expect more info heading your way :)
