I have it on my server, there runs the mod without error message with EAC ON. Only in the SP comes the error and you have to turn off EAC.

TBH this is a dll/code change mod and hence should always be run with EAC Off!
If its worked in the past with EAC On then thats pure luck on TFP and be thankful. No idea why the base game code allowed that when really it should have blocked it.
