7D2D involvement: Have read all Dev Diary posts (and mods and a few others) since 14 - almost every day. Although I very rarely post (for various reasons.) I have submitted bug reports in A16 and A17 (and got good feedback on them.) Tech background: VDI specialist (1+ year), IT Security (10+ years), Desktop Support (20+ years) and Sales/Support (10+ years) before that. Have been an 'official' Technical Document writer (40+ years) for all of those areas. Have programmed in many languages, and development apps. (Including keyboard (synthesizer) drivers for Windows).
