A17 Simple UI Modlets

I have to thank you for your addons and quite enjoy them.

I was a bit sad about your bag addon though. I was looking forward to it being more locked progression wise. As you start with the same amount of slots as before but unlock chunks at a time maybe instead of to 5 it goes to 10 just offering you that longer rewarding play from it.

Not sure if this is something you might take as a request down the road. Someone else did it themselves but their icons seem to be the same size offering a really annoying interface.

working perfectly fine, with either single player and dedicated server, big thumps up for your work man!

exspecially the variations of your ui mod are perfect, everyone can get exactly what they want ;)

well, at least if you dont forget to install the toolbelt mod and not dl the wrong left hud mod (like i did XD)

Modlets go into the 'Mods' subdirectory which is located in the 7DTD installation directory, eg

...\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Mods

That subdirectory has to be created manually when you install a modlet for the first time, unless the directory structure in the modlet archive already contains it.

 
Hello, how could I increase the backpack in the new version of Ravenhearst Mod, I keep everything I find and I am not able to make it work. Thank you

 
Sorry but that would be a better question for the developer of Ravenhearst. I do not currently have any plans for making any special versions of these modlets for any overhauls mainly due to there just being to many to keep up with. However anyone is welcome to make a patch if they like. (giving credit where credit is due of course)

 
Hmmm...I tried the 120 slot backpack + bigger storage and the increased vehicle storage with Ravenhearst the storage and vehicle storage have increased but the backpack has not. Not sure why it only partially worked.

Edit: I think I know why because the mod creators for RH changed the way their encumbrance system works not sure if there's a work around or not, but lol at least I have bigger storage and bigger vehicle storage. :)

These modlets are not compatible with Ravenhearst mod or pretty much any other major overhaul mod as they tend to change some of the same files these modlets do. The Ravenhearst post even states right at the top in bold that most all modlets will not work with it.

I'd say it's definitely not easy If I remember right last time I tried this it did not go well Lol

 
I'm using "Simple UI Compass" and I edited it to display only 1 compass indicator, but I'm not sure if this is my editing or something wrong with the modlet but the day7 horde doesn't show up red.

Sorry but I personally really don't like the smaller boxes at all so won't be adding it to these modlets myself. I'm just really not a fan of how they look that's one of the reasons I've avoided it.
