I will donate to anyone who builds a fast and accurate RWG seed preview application. Make it happen you wonderful bastards!

 
Yeah it generates the world essentially when you do the preview.

OP is asking for something but giving nothing to work with.

That's like saying...

"Hey can you make this building hover? I don't have any hover technology or any way to do it but can you also make it fast? You Bastard."
