PC a17 POI Quest Reset Question

Hi guys!

I know a17 brought about the quests, and when a player starts a quest at a POI, it resets the prefab.

Does this happen if the POI is owned by a land claim block?

Are there any mods to stop this reset from happening?

If there is a Land Claim Block or a Bedroll in the location, the reset script checks for that and will not do anything. It should be noted though that LCB's have been buggy, and will randomly go inactive. An inactive LCB will not prevent the reset.

In short, don't make your home in a POI. In a18 there will be more POI's that don't have quests you can possibly build in for a starter base. POI's were never intended to be used as bases long term that I am aware of.

In SP and private server co-op it is quite save to use a POI though, since the reset only happens if you blindly click on the yellow exclamation mark of your own house!
