While there are many things I'd love to praise or boo about the new Alpha 17 changes, there's one thing that I haven't seen anyone else mention, and needs attention.
Currently, I have no idea what unlocks things in the perk tree. It's a complete mystery. I've read enough chatter on Steam and here that the Forge gets unlocked at level 20, but what about everything else? Whether it's the base attributes or their associated skills, most of them are locked either for some unknown level or probably by some other means. Each of these need to list the prerequisites to unlock them, so I can better plan my character growth. A player should never have to look outside a game to find this kind of stuff out.
