So I concluded that the story behind the zombie outbreak is the Shamway organization. My investigative skills led to this as I looted sham sandwiches off about 50% of the zombie bodies. My incredible deduction realized that is the thing they all have in common (other than being dead and smelly). Even as you ate it you would get sick. A steady diet of sham was sure to be the root of the apocalypse.

Now the zombies no longer drop mostly anything including sham. This is a sham!

 
But a little-known fact is that Shamway is actually a subsidiary of Higashi Pharmaceuticals. Just as irl, Unilever and P&G make various food products. ;)

 
I think chino and Duff are onto something here. It's those damned GMOs. That's what they used to prevent mutations in Marvel, by screwing with our corn. OUR CORN, you guys!

Even the would-be mutant hillbillies were affected, seeing as corn is the main ingredient in moonshine. ;)

LOL man you're making me think. Because corn is in everything, even our fuel. I think GMOS is what birthed SJW ideologies. LOL, okay I refrain from getting political.
