Hello, i wantet to post it in Bugs forum, but its not possible there, because i have no log file...
So, here is the "Problem":
When i have Steam installed and install the dedicated Server, it runs perfecly.
when i wabnt to use SteamCMD to iunstall the 7dtd dedicated server, the Problem begins.
First - the "Guides" dont work at all - wrong, old commands.
I finally found a command, that seems to install the 7dtd server..:
app_update 294420 validate
In installs the dedicated server...
But even after several runnings, fiules are missing, for example the "basic" mods for the dedicated server (harmny, etc)
When starting, it didnt start in 9 of 10 times and wil not work "good"
So i must install on my computer with steam and "copy" ghe server completely...
I tested on different systems, All Windows 10 and 11!
Maybe i use the wrong "command", but the Guides to install 7dtd dedicated server with steam didnt work with that old commands and others didnt isntall the server so far.IF its the wrong command, someone should update that guide or so...
I didnt know, where to post, because in "steam" was no reaction so i posted it here...
If you need "further" information, i will give it.
(Because the server didnt even start, there was no log so i cant use the "bug" forum, that NEEDS a log...)
