At the moment there is no way to get any serious debug information out of 7days on console, specifically there is no way to get a logfile and post it here. Which makes debugging almost impossible.
I heard something about a "report bug" button on console that is in the works or maybe already in the game. If the latter, use that button. If not, make a bug report here in the forum, see above the link in red (ignore the part where it says to post a logfile, you can't). A bug report means that internal testers from TFP will look at your case. If they don't have an immediate idea what it could be it could take some time (aka weeks) until there is a solution.
One idea: In some cases the source of problems had been the router. Did anything change with yours, did it get an update or did you change any configuration? Simply rebooting it might also be an idea.
