Windows 7 Days to Die - Game won't let me in

I log into the game, and after a few minutes, it just crashes. I've updated all the drivers and everything else, but I can't get it to work. My IT colleague has already looked into it, but he doesn't know what to do.
There isn't even an error message; the game just closes.

I'm playing this game on Steam. My IT colleague says the game key might be defective – is it defective? I'm waiting for your reply and a patch update for the game.

Please reply immediately.

They said it's going into a bug report, but where can I find support, and under what topic should I add it?
 
You're in the right section. I don't think Sylen ever got to see your logs because they were locked behind a password. You will need to provide those before anyone can help you.

I cannot help you if you aren't going to do the needful. Either attach the log file directly to the post, or provide a pastebin link that isn't password protected.

Sounds like a network speed issue. Either on part of the server or the client. Check your cables and link speed. I had a bad patch cable on mine cause me headaches.

What does the output log file say?
