PC 7 Days To Die Coaster Now On Amazon

Yeh definitely seems your mileage may vary on quality control on these.  Comparing the one I have to the one someone else shared and then to the first post, mine is crap. 😃

To help fund two more games should be the real motivator to buy it, IMO.

Hoping for a non-voxel* New York City ether during the start of the virus or 7D2D timeline +-

Player starts on the New Jersey side of the Lincoln tunnel where a struggling settlement needs your help to rescue a scout team in Hells Kitchen**

*Non-voxel with some destructible items and areas to be exact.

**Hijacking threads since Alpha 4,

I was thinking that IF it was New York City with some buildings around 100 stories, it would be bad if someone with a stone axe could bring one down.

Also if said buildings were not destroyable (by the player at least) then TFP could have critical missions that were plot important in them.

Finally you can save some computer cycles when the landscape doesn't change dramatically.

The final "finally" would be zip lines could be a thing and part of the required game plot's lore, so to speak.  (Robbing a Raft game highlight.)

But the compromise could be having subway locations blocked (and other areas)  that requires the player to find some TNT or C4.

So ordered the other coaster yesterday, it came in today... It's a lot thicker, made of the same material as the first but has a weird sheen to it.  Specular map is too high.

Get your Big Momma coaster today.   Definitely thicker than the prior two.

Perhaps individual slabs of natural slate just vary a lot in thickness and luster?  We need a geologist... @DaVegaNL?
I can say that indeed layers of slate vary in thickness and appearance. Trust me. I'm not a geologist but I always wanted to be one.  (Kinda  like Trader Jen - she's not displayed her shingle (diploma) - hold up there @SnowDog1942). At one time not too long ago, slate shingles were common on roofs. These were replaced by more modern (lighter weight) materials and since these slate tiles were hand-hewn and had perceived value, they were stored.  To come back as machined-out coasters for this game. Wouldn't mind having one but probably kinda late for that.

Now, if some amusement park would create a zombie roller coaster based on this game, I'd at least own the plastic sippy cup with the 7Dtd logo on it. Assuredly the ride would be finished before a Gold version of the game was released. 🎢

A better, non toxic response would just be to say that you don't like it and then move on.

But hey, if you can do better, nobody is stopping you from starting up your own PC gaming software company, developing and putting out an unique game, and then creating merchandise for that game.

He was clearly looking for a pile of people to validate his opinion.

Bitter and hateful is usually the reflex reaction when that doesn't happen

Oh damn. I guess my old man pain killers are too good. I didn't notice the dates on this thread.

Thoroughly entertaining read though
