Hey Daniel, what the nice folks here are trying to tell you (gently) is that you need to upgrade your pc. The stated system requirements don't come close to what you need to play this game. Here are the real minimum requirements..
I3 4GHz
Gtx 960 4gb (at least)
16 gb ram
It is my strong opinion that anything less than this will be almost unplayable.
The I3 has a very nice 4GHz and can be overclocked to 4.5 easily. From what I hear 7D2D doesn't use all cores properly so this quad core should give you what you need and is dirt cheap.
The gfx card should have at least 4gb ram and the gtx 960 has this and is also dirt cheap although I would recomend a 1050 if you want to spend a bit more.
16 gb ram is a must, will run with 8 but you will get poor performance and a lot of crashes so try to get 16.
