PC 45 Degree Doors and Windows

My question is what blocks are used to match up to a 45 Degree door or window? A friend and I tried to figure it out, but there is always a large gap. Is it possible?

 
I haven't done this in some time, but you're talking about a "corner door" correct ? If so, if I remember correctly you can use wood logs on either side of the door and then build your walls.
