3.0 storage box issues

Version
3.0 experimental
Platform
Windows
I have tried to put items in the storage box on the road right by Rekt's place, first 4 items no problem, then 5th item disappeared, not dropped on the ground or anything, just gone, then I tried quick move and it started duping the items.

Reproduction Steps
place 4 items in the storage box try to manually move a 5th item it disappears, using quick move (Right analog stick on controller) and it copies our current stack and you can do it a second time, and when I took an item out after putting it in the stack of stone went from 48 to 82

Hi CobraKnight,

Thanks for the report. Since you are currently using mods, we need to rule out any mod-related conflicts first before we can proceed with any other investigation.

Please remove all installed mods and ensure any Harmony-related files have also been removed from the game directory. Some mods do install Harmony patches directly into the game files rather than the Mods folder, so simply removing the Mods folder may not fully uninstall them.

After removing the mods, please verify your game files through Steam to restore any modified files, then test the issue again on a clean, unmodded installation. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will be happy to investigate further.

For additional help on uninstalling modded content, please refer to the instructions below:

Removing Mods and Restoring Default Files in 7 Days to Die
If you're experiencing issues and want to return the game to a fully unmodded state, follow these steps:
1. Remove Standard Mods
1. Navigate to your 7 Days to Die installation folder. Steam default location: Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die
2. Open the Mods folder.
3. Delete any mod folders located inside the Mods directory.
2. Remove Harmony Mods
Some mods install Harmony patches outside of the standard Mods folder.
1. In your 7 Days to Die installation directory, look for any files or folders added by Harmony-based mods.
2. If you have manually installed Harmony mods, remove any associated files that were copied into the game's root directory.
3. If you're unsure whether additional files were added, proceed to Step 3 to restore the game's original files.
3. Verify Game Files Through Steam
This will restore any modified or missing game files to their default state.
1. Open Steam.
2. Go to your Library.
3. Right-click 7 Days to Die and select Properties.
4. Select Installed Files.
5. Click Verify integrity of game files.
6. Wait for Steam to complete the verification and download any required replacements.
4. Optional: Clean User Data (Settings and Generated Data)
If issues persist, you can reset local game data:
1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Enter:
%appdata%\7DaysToDie
3. Back up any saves you wish to keep.
4. Delete the contents of the folder to reset local configuration files, caches, and generated data.
5. Launch the Game

This process will return the game files to their default state and help determine whether a problem is being caused by a mod or by the base game.

Thanks,
Dollie
