3.0 settings suggestions

Hiya,
I posted this in help and was told to post it here:

suggested changes list:

Sub categories for "no digging"

No digging natural blocks

No digging artificial blocks.

This would allow the zombies to still attack your entry point which would make this setting more playable without making it cheese

Sub categories for different melee damage types:

For example you could up knifes as a knife to the head is gonna 1 shot it.

While not buffing clubs to also be insanely OP

Unrelated to game settings but I would love a different world generation setting:

Trader frequency.

As currently they are linked to towns. So if you turn off towns and cities you cannot get traders. Which on console, makes it so you cannot have a world with only traders

How about no Zombies can spawn inside your perimeter fence unless a wall section or door is open? I loathe "magic" Zombie appearances without a logical reason they "got in". Reskinning your entire grassland with player blocks is dumb, if you want to keep some natural terrain inside.

With claim blocks. You can already do this though. Just up the range of claims I believe to a max of 71x71

Claim blocks don't prevent biome spawns, which will occur on any terrain blocks within their boundaries. They only prevent respawn of POI zombies.

The bedroll does prevent biome spawns, but has a much, much smaller area.

I think the spawn position logic is an issue. I had a large perimeter outer wall, covering the entire base, and an inner concrete building, with bedroll inside that had a tiny bit of grass in it. A Zombie spawned right inside this inner building wall, right next to the bedroll. I found him beating his way out of the wall.

Our base has a LCB size of 60 and this bedroll is also set to 60. I realize the LCB is not stopping random spawns. It's only for moving stuff within the base, if needed, and show ownership.

The non-player block terrain should NOT override at least the bedroll.

Very immersion breaking.

Can they make it so if buried you run out of oxygen like swimming. This way you have to have a door or hatch for underground bases and can’t just cover the entrance with dirt. Don’t need to go crazy just use the same part finding algorithm to determine if an underground space has air or not. Could even make one of the miner set increase breathing time since it has an oxygen tank.

Why is it magic? It can't be that they are dead riding from the ground? Sure, there isn't animation of that, but it can be believable.

Anyhow, I get not wanting them to spawn inside a large base and still wanting to have a grassy area inside the walls. There should be an option for that, even if they make the craftable terrain act like a player block instead of terrain so you have to still place your own, but it can be terrain. Basically, a separate terrain you craft versus what is placed on the map itself.
