I didn't see it mentioned in the 20.6 patch notes so I don't know if this was intentional but using a Bone Knife with Deep Cuts at Level 2 and Level 3 I'm doing knock down on zombies in the same way as clubs. If this was intentional it's not a selling point for me as I usually power shot to the heads and having to wait for the zombie to stand back up is somewhat tedious.
