2 challenge (need fix)

1. A challenge in which you need to upgrade a wooden block to a cobblestone can be performed by repairing a broken wooden window. I think that the game does not check whether the wooden block has been upgraded to a cobblestone, but simply records the fact that the wooden block has been improved.
2. A challenge in which you need to collect raw meat. I tried butchering animals with an iron axe and an iron knife, but it didn't work. I had to use a bone knife to complete this challenge.

1.  Does sound like a bug.

2.  The challenge clearly says that you have to use a bone knife.
