Hi there, in the lastest exp. build294 the character dont gets wet if is submerged in water to cool down and prevent heat condition e.g. in the desert.

That's not a bug. Heat and cold (and wetness) are not currently in the game anymore. There are plans to redo them and bring them back, but for now, those effects are gone. Water doesn't protect against heat, and fire doesn't protect against cold. To protect yourself from the biome hazards, you need to complete the biome protection challenges for each biome or use smoothies for a temporary protection.
